Reiki level 1 gives you the opportunity to do this and so much more. Many experience reiki as a gate opener to a deeper connection with your mind, body, and soul. Some may also experience a deeper connection with Gaia, and the spiritual realm.

Reiki is very simple yet powerful, and it will kickstart your personal and spiritual development. Everyone can learn reiki and no prerequisites are required for Reiki level 1. A reiki attunement opens up your energy channels and strengthens your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, as wells as it strengthens your intuition. The more reiki you practice you will learn more about intuition, and strengthen the connection with your higher self. You will also be able to better help guide, and support others on their healing journey.
